Saturday 2nd July

We’ve updated our dining options from previous years based on patron feedback. This year there are two options for dining.

1. Bring your own picnic

You are welcome to bring your own picnic and set up rugs, tables, chairs, and if preferred gazebos, within a set dining area in St Mary’s Churchyard.  We will be running a bar serving red, white and sparkling wine as well as soft drinks. The nearby Royal Oak will have an extensive range of beverages should you require any additional options.

2. Book dinner at The Royal Oak

If you don’t want to picnic in the Churchyard, local pub The Royal Oak serves food all day so you can either book an early meal before the concert and have desert and coffee in the dining break or take your meal in the dining break itself. We have not asked for a specific menu from The Royal Oak this year but they have a large variety of dining choices with small plates as well as an extensive a la carte menu.

Please contact the pub directly on 01256 381750 to book a table or you can book online at http://royaloak.uk.com - please mention that you are attending the concert so they are aware of any time limit for your dining.

The picnic area will be open for your preparation from 2pm so you can bring everything before returning later if you wish. Alternatively, arrive at 5pm when the bar will be open to offer our audience the opportunity to relax and enjoy pre-concert drinks. The concert begins at 6pm in the church with ticket holders asked to be seated by 5.55pm
